Boston Takes Game 1

Game one for the Boston/Philly series was of coarse a nailbiter! Philly never trailed the Celtics in the first half, but things changed in the second. Trailing by 13, Boston's defense brought them back in the game by going on a 23-7 run. Boston had a different version of the "Big Three" that came through to help them gain homecourt advantage in this series. It was Garnett with 29 points, Pierce with 14 points, and instead of Allen, Rondo made his mark with his eighth triple-double with 13 points, 12 rebounds, and 17 assists.
